Governance
The Delta Dental of Oklahoma Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation. While a separate entity from Delta Dental of Oklahoma, the Foundation is the company’s philanthropic affiliate. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of members of the Delta Dental of Oklahoma Board of Directors. Grantmaking decisions are determined by the Board of Trustee through a competitive application process.
